"I just wanted to say a big "THANK YOU" for having such an incredible program. I will not be able to join you for a while as I am going in for heart surgery on Jan 2nd. They are removing/fixing my pacemaker/defibrillator wires and adding another one. Then I will be in cardiac rehab for six months (treadmills in a room with no windows, how boring!) I wanted to express how much I appreciate your program. It has helped me restore my health immensely in the last six months since I have been attending. My goals were to get a good exercise routine, get energy and, of course, loose weight. I have achieved all of these. I am most grateful for having more energy throughout my day. This has really improved my quality of life. With the condition I have, cardiomyopathy and an irregular heartbeat, it is a constant struggle against fatigue and your program has helped me have energy all day long and even in the evenings!
