Q: Do I need to have a team or can you place me on a team?

A: Great question! In a perfect world you would sign up and bring along a couple of friends from class and a couple of friends, family members or co-workers and make up your own custom made team. But, we know that sometimes our friends and family are not ready for the amazing wonderfulness that is about to happen. SO, if you sign up and don’t have a team picked or only have a partial team, we will place you together to make a complete 5 person team.

Q: How will I know what team I am on?

A: Team formation will be completed on our big whiteboard at the gym on SAT. 8/20 when we do the official starting weigh in and pictures.

Q: What if I don’t have much weight to lose?

A: That’s okay! We will track habit tracking, weight loss and physical performance improvement. All
of which will create a score that will determine our winners. So even if you don’t have much weight to lose
will still get great results and be a great contributor to a successful team.

Q: What is expected of me if I join this challenge?

A: There are no hidden obligations. I expect if you are joining the challenge you want lose weight and/or have a jumpstart to a better, healthier lifestyle. If that is the case, you will need to attend training sessions with us at least 3x per week, preferably 5x per week or at least follow one of our travel workouts on the days you can’t attend. I also expect you will follow the nutrition guidelines we set forth, which isn’t anything tricky…. It’s eat real food, no sugar, grains, alcohol, etc. I also expect that if you are joining a “team” transformation challenge you will support your team, show up to the starting and finishing weigh in and participate by communicating in our online group regularly. I don’t expect you to live online, just pop in daily and say ‘whats up’!

If you are a new member, you will be required to do 2 extra things….. 1.) You must attend our new member orientation and go through our Functional Movement Screen so that we can train you appropriately and make any necessary modifications as needed. 2.) You must meet with us for a 15 minute mid-way check in, which will be schedule during week one.

Pretty simple right? Weigh in, show up, follow the nutrition, support your team and fellow teams and come back to weigh in.

Q: Can our team be co-ed?

A: Yes. Coed. All Woman. All Man. You choose. We do require that every team have at least one non-member.

Q: What is included in my registration fee?

A: If you are a current member of the program, your $59 registration fee makes you eligible to win the $1,000 team grand prize, in addition, you will be upgraded to an unlimited membership, meaning you can attend more sessions, you will also receive the Whole 9 Nutrition Guide, recipes, travel workouts and you will be included in our Team Transformation Challenge online group (this can be a great asset).

If you are not a current member, your $199 registration fee also makes you eligible to win the $1,000 team grand prize, in addition you will have an unlimited membership to our program and can attend any location, any time as often as you can. You will receive the Whole 9 Nutrition Guide, recipes, travel workouts and you will be included in our Team Transformation Challenge online group (this can be a great asset). Plus, you will receive a one-time discount to continue the program beyond the challenge period if you love it and want to continue achieving success.

Q: What if I can’t make it on the weigh in days?

A: It is mandatory that you weigh in with a coach, take beginning photos and complete your starting fitness benchmark. The scheduled times for this are Friday 8/19 at 5pm or Saturday 8/20 at 8am (starting weight) and Friday 9/23 at 5pm or Saturday 9/24 at 8am (ending weight). If you can’t make those weigh in times we will do our best to accommodate with alternate times available. After you register, just email us at napabootcamp@gmail.com and we can make arrangements.
