Fitness Revolution Semi-Private Training is for those who are looking to take their fitness goals to the next level.  This format allows 4 fitness club members to train with one coach.  Each person has their own individualized program based on their physical needs and specific goals.

Semi-private training is designed to give you all the benefits of group training like the accountability and camaraderie of working out with others, along with the benefit of having more focused attention from your coach.

Semi-private training can be a stand-alone program or can be combined with group training or one on one personal training.
