What Are The Fees For This challenge?

Who Is The Challenge For?
Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. Our trainers will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. We work with clients from 10 years old to 80 years old, marathon runners and yogis, pregnant or post-partum, people with 10 lbs to lose and people with 100 lbs to lose. This challenge is the best place for you to be.
What Will Be Required Of Me?
During the 6 weeks you are encouraged to workout 3-5 times a week at on of our training locations (Napa, St. Helena or American Canyon), plus any additional workouts we give you, following our nutrition guidelines and taking before & after photos.
I Don’t Have A Lot Of Weight To Lose, Can I Still Do The Challenge?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some only have their last 10 or 20 pounds to lose and just want the guidance, extra accountability and camaraderie at Fitness Revolution to get them to their goals.
