What Is the Bullet Proof Athlete Program?
Youth athletes sometimes can’t perform up to their potential and are leaving yards on the field, seconds on the track, and points on the court.
Lifting weights and running sprints isn’t everything. In fact, it’s probably less than half the equation. Instead of ignoring the other factors that influence performance, let’s embrace what we know to train smarter, not just harder.

We base our coaching on our findings from the Functional Movement Screen which allows us to create and individual plan in a group setting.
What do I need to Bring?
- Foam Roller- you will need this piece of equipment at your training sessions and at home. We have high quality rollers for $20, you can find them for between $25-$30 at Big 5 or Target.
- Water – Please bring a bottle of water to every training session.
- Proper Shoes – please wear athletic shoes such as cross training shoes or running shoes.
