What Is the Back 2 School Team Transformation Challenge?
B2S Team Challenge is our annual “Get Back On Track Now that Summer is Ending” transformation contest. This is a great opportunity to focus in, stay accountable and get some work done. Although we do other challenges throughout the year this is our only team challenge! We see amazing results with all of our transformation challenges but this one has a high level of accountability and camaraderie as well!
If you are reading this you may have overindulged a little bit this summer and maybe not have made it to as many fitness activities as you needed to. And, now that the kids are heading back to school, and your summer activities are about to slow down, you are looking for a way to get back on track, re-engage with fun fitness habits, get control of your nutrition, lose a few pounds and simply feel happier, healthier, stronger and more energized!

Here’s How It Works
The B2S Team Challenge is for 5 member teams. IF, you are forming your own team you will need to find teammates as follows: each team must include one non-member but if you don’t have one, don’t worry (keep reading)! We can help you form a team – After you register you will receive an email with a link to the “Team” form. Just type in “need a partner” when you fill out that form and we will find you someone to team up with. If you do have teammates then you will fill in their name(s). This contest is all about teamwork, lifting each other up and helping each other out. You can only win the contest if all partners give it all they’ve got! The winning team will be based on the following:
2017 B2S Winning Criteria
Habit Catalyst is our NEW education and accountability tool. Every day you will receive an email asking you if you completed your habit for yesterday, along with a lesson to help you build those great nutrition and wellness habits. Around 50% of the scoring for the contest will depend on you checking in daily and get the habits done. You can go back and read the lessons at any time, but you cannot go back to check off your habit.
We will track starting and ending weight. The scoring won’t be based on number of pounds lost but percentage of starting weight lost.
All participants will have a starting fitness assessment and work towards improving some of our basic movements. Extra fitness activities during the challenge will help each client get stronger and move faster for the end of challenge fitness assessment.

Q: Who is this challenge for?
This program is for busy folks who are tired of the
way they look and feel and tired of not getting results
with their current routine. If you are nervous
about starting and needing the guidance of a coach
and a program that will meet you where you are at
then this program is for you.
Q: What if I don’t have a team?
Don’t worry. Whether you have 1 teammate, 2 teammates or 0 teammates
just get registered. We are always able to put teams together.
If you know someone that would like to go on this journey
with you, then get them signed up as well and we will
place you together!
Q: What if I haven’t exercised in
years and I’m out of shape?
You don’t have to be in shape to get in shape!
This program is for all levels of fitness as long
as you aren’t afraid of a little hard work. The coach will help you
pace yourself in every session, and we will modify for
all ability levels.
We don’t follow the “no pain – no gain” mentality.
We understand that your
life does not revolve around your workouts
and that some days you’ll feel better than
others. Our goal is not to beat you up with
exercise, but help you leave feeling better than
when you came.
Fitness is a lifestyle, not a quick fix, so working
smart and making consistent progress is key to
your long-term success.

Our Fit Rev Group Training sessions are specifically designed
to increase your mobility and flexibility, increase your
movement range, build strength and increase your
metabolism so you continue to burn fat all day long.
We design all new workouts each week so
you will never get bored with your training!
Each session begins with foam rolling and a
muscle activation warm-up
to improve your flexiblity, mobility, and

Q: How often will I train? What if I
miss a session?
With this program, you have unlimited access
to our training sessions for 5 consecutive
weeks. Most of our clients train 3 to 5 times per week.
If you miss a session, you may make it up at
another time/location within the 5 weeks. Just
shoot us an email and let us know when/where
you plan on making up the session.
Q: What happens after the program?
Obviously, everyone should be working out beyond 5 weeks!
To only do 5 weeks and then quit, is kinda crazy.
