In our 42 day Picture Your Progress Coaching Program you will be pushed, motivated, inspired and held accountable which is the KEY to reaching your goal.  Our coaches and team will be cheering for you and supporting you from the very first day all the way through day 42 and beyond and you will have the priceless support in our private coaching forum from your peers!  It all starts with setting a goal and implementing our proven road map for success.  This plan includes strength training, metabolic conditioning, cardio, core, nutrition and accountability.  We will leave no stone left unturned in your journey to get fit!

This is super serious, so there are a few requirements/parameters you must do:

  • Commit to the full 6 weeks with no excuses.
  • The workouts will be intense, but are scalable to any fitness level. You may be working out daily, so you’ll need to be willing to do the work, you will be given workouts to do on your days away from your training sessions with us and we will make modifications based on your fitness needs.
  • Make absolutely NO EXCUSES why you didn’t do a workout or slipped up on the diet. This is an excuse-free program.
  • Be willing to keep a daily food and workout journal online (We provide the workouts and nutrition parameters).
  • Be willing to stay at it when it gets tough, but that’s what we will be here for – the support!
  • Be willing to workout more than once a day if needed, especially as we get closer to the final pictures.
  • Must participate in a private Facebook Group, where we will communicate daily as a group, post weekly photos, complete accountability challenges and support each other with ideas, motivation and support.

I joined PYP on a whim. I felt anxious about posting my pictures. But something inside me was telling me to go for it. I dove in whole heartedly. I know now I was ready for change.

I had been a FRABC member for over 5 years but “life” was holding me back. I had success but things would come up and my attendance or nutrition would waiver. I reached a point where I realized I had tried to get in shape a million different times. I was always gonna be perfect starting Monday. I decided to follow PYP to a tee for 6 weeks and see where it got me. No giving up, no cheating, no throwing in the towel. The results were so astonishing after 6 weeks I knew I was a lifer.

There is no magic fix in this program. No secret you haven’t been told. The magic is the program itself. The support and accountability is key. Having this group to cheer me on and push me further is invaluable. I cannot even call it a group. It is a family.

I have gone from wearing a size 8 verging on a 10 to a size 4/6. I haven’t weighed myself this round but after round 2 I had lost 13 lbs. While I celebrate that, I am grateful I threw my scale away. My photos are my new scale. When I look at my start photos to today, 13lbs doesn’t begin to cover the change in my body.

I ran a mile for the first time without stopping to walk. This was huge for me. In the course of PYP I have gone from 10lbs weights to 15lbs. I can do push ups from my toes.This round has been more challenging because of some injuries but this program has taught my to take it in stride and not throw in the towel. Progress. Not perfection.

This program changed my life. I am a much happier person. I no longer feel uncomfortable everywhere I go. Getting dressed isn’t a major emotional event. I am more confident. But the biggest reward is that the people on the mat next to me at FRABC aren’t just friendly faces I see each morning. They are friends, family, motivators, cheerleaders and heroes. Jenny Photo GridJoining PYP is, without a doubt, one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. When I stopped swimming competitively after college, it never occurred to me that I needed to change my eating habits. It wasn’t too long before I started to lose my athletic shape, begin gaining weight and losing my self confidence. I tried many different things over the years and experienced varying degrees of results but it was always temporary.

I started boot camp in June of 2012 and quickly realized how out of shape I was. At the time I was modifying almost everything and could barely jog 25 yards. By the end of January, I had built a fitness foundation and managed to lose 20 pounds but I had set a very ambitious goal and to reach it by the end of 2013, I’d really have to step it up.

PYP has been a perfect fit for me and with all the guidance, support, encouragement and accountability, I have achieved more than I thought possible. Those once dreaded photos are now my greatest motivators – not those numbers on the scale.

To date, I have lost more than 60 pounds, but I’m most proud of all that I’ve gained: I’m using 15 pound dumbbells, I can run more than 3 miles, my self confidence is returning and I have completely embraced this new lifestyle of clean eating and regular exercise. What a great challenge PYP has been for me. I joined the first one six months ago and now it’s my newest addiction…replacing my addiction to sugar! The eating plan, workout regiment, accountability and especially the fun, supportive people who make up this group, have helped push me further than I thought possible. I’m proud to say that I’ve reached or surpassed all the goals I set for myself to date,so I’m one happy camper! I’mleaner, stronger and living a healthier lifestyle now.

By far, the most enjoyable part of this challenge for me has been getting to know and connect to the other members of the group. I cherish the friendships I’ve made and appreciate you all coming along side of me in the journey! Like minded people with common goals…works for me!
