I will let you in on a little information about me that you might be shocked to find out. Sometimes my motivation to work out is fleeting. What?! I know, what you are thinking, “but you run a fitness business!” Yes and I am also human 🙂
Which is why I am so grateful for our program because it is as if the motivation is built right in. I mean there is a coach, and cool people to work out with and it is in a setting that is away from the things in life that cause stress like work, kids and cooking dinner!
I can’t always workout at a class time that is available and sometimes I just need to get something done. I don’t like to have to think to hard about my workout. It needs to be almost as simple as just going for a walk, which I think a lot of us just default to. Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with going for a walk, but we need a little more than that on a daily basis if we are going to reach our goals.
I have lots of simple and quick favorites but this one that I had Coach Tay film for us is SO simple. Not easy. It’s gonna get the heart pumping. However, these are simple exercises that you can literally do any where with a band. And if you don’t have a band, you could use dumbbells even.
