Please help us welcome our newest team members!

We put all of our coaches through a pretty lengthy, in depth internship before they become coaches, and as they are learning our program they will be on the floor and out at your sessions shadowing coaches, assisting in training sessions and co-teaching.  You will also see them participating in the program as well.

We have a lot of faith in these ladies, they are very dedicated and invested in learning our methods and their values align with ours to help our clients move better, look better and feel better through corrective exercise, recovery, nutrition and good old fashion hard work in the gym.

Kelsey TerAvest is a certified personal trainer and studied health science at UC Santa Barbara. She is currently obtaining her Masters in Kinesiology at Sonoma State and is passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. She enjoys running, cycling, dancing, cooking and traveling. She hopes to run a full marathon in March!


Courtney Pierce is a third generation Napa native who has always loved being active. She was a competitive athlete through college where she received her degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.



Leah Hil has been a Napa resident for over twenty years and has managed a busy staffing business for the last 14 years. She has been happily married for 19 years, and has a son who is a freshman in high school. She has been an athlete all of her life, competing in track and field from middle school through college. She has a degree in Physical Education and she is excited to be able to finally put it to use by pursuing her life-long dream of helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Alicia Amaro is a former client of our program (and now shes back!) She is a retired fire captain, a coach for Girls on the Run, marathon runner, triathlete, wife and mother. She is passionate about fitness and healthy living and wants to inspire and help others train and reach their goals.
